Specialist Customer Acquisition

To effectively manage the implementation of new products, processes and services affecting the customer acquisition process within the Siebel C3D system and the integration of this system to other systems; and effectively manage IT and non-IT projects impacting the Customer Acquisition functional area.
Key Accountabilities
To manage IT and business projects impacting the customer acquisition process
To provide strategic input into any projects impacting Customer Acquisition and Credit & Risk
To conduct strategic business analysis on any projects and initiatives within or impacting on the customer acquisition process
To facilitate the resolution of IT support issues affecting Customer Acquisition systems and processes
To assist in user acceptance testing of new IT solutions implemented in the Customer Acquisition functional area
To conduct research required to provide an optimal business and IT solutions within the Customer Acquisition functional area
To provide relevant management reports necessary to monitor progress on initiatives within the Customer Acquisition functional area
Customers (Staff)
To provide guidance to the Business Liaison team to ensure that the proper SDLC and project management methodologies are followed in providing solutions to the functional area
To engage with senior management within Vodacom and external parties on IT and business projects impacting the customer acquisition process
To manage business relationships with customers and suppliers pertaining matters relating to customer acquisition processes
To provide input into and facilitate end-user training relating to new systems and processes impacting the customer acquisition process
Knowledge
Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of Vodacom productsand services
Knowledge of Vodacom Policies and procedures
Working knowledge of the Customer Acquisition Division
Knowledge of CustomerAcquisition systems and business processes, specifically Siebel C3D
Understanding of technical/ITbusiness solutions
Communicate effectively to both internal and external collaborators
Business analysis experience
User acceptance testing experience
End user training experience
Project and / or programmemanagement experience
Knowledge in Customer Acquisition best practice

Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Flexibility andproblem handling and solving ability
· Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Working experience on Eppix, MIIDealerweb, FastTrack and Siebel C3D

Qualifications
Matric essential
· Relevant degree / diploma in the field of IT or Project Management OR at least 5 years working experience in the telecommunications industry
· At least 2 years working experience in Siebel C3D
· At least 2 years Customer Acquisition experience
· At least 1 year project management or project administration experience
