The successful applicant will need to have experience as a Receptionist and office all-rounder. You will need to be totally client focused, going that extra step for our clients, a team player and have a positive attitude towards your work.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Reception
- Secretarial duties for Partners & Accounting staff
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Binding and collating
- Scanning
- Banking / Post Office.
- Data Entry
We are looking for someone who has:
- Outstanding reception skills
- Has a calm, confident personality with a pleasant phone manner.
- Telephone/switchboard experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Word
- General office and administration skills.
- Energetic and accountable.
