Hr Officer

My client in the automotive industry is seeking an HR Officer to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include:
Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations
Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.
Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
Ensure that the organization complies with labour laws.
Participate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary.
Participate in HR relevant Audits and Interventions within the company.
HR Administration
Industrial relations and Performance management
Responsible for training and development and ACT as the Employment Empowerment champion
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Equivalent
Knowledge and experience:
5 years sound HR Management experience in Manufacturing or industrialised environment
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a unionised environment.
Working experience of SAP (advantageous)
