Hr & Payroll Manager

Our Medical Aid and Pension Benefits Client in Claremont Southern Suburbs Cape Town is looking for an Experience HR & Payroll Manager / Generalist to join their team.
Salary very negotiable
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Industrial Psychology/Human Resource Management
4 years plus in a generalist HR role
Experience in Sage Pastel advantageous.
Payroll experience essential.
Knowledge of Health and Safety.
Skilled in HR processes, systems, best practices and trends.
Sound experience in HR Policies and procedures
Strong conflict management skills.
Drivers license and own vehicle .
DUTIES:
HR reporting and administration
Remuneration and benefits administration and support.
Skills Management.
Employment Equity Management
Payroll – monthly and weekly
Labour issues and Industrial relations up to an including CCMA.
Onboarding and Exit management as well as all related administration.
Recruitment and Selection
Performance Management.
Training and development.
