Professional Administrator/ Personal Assistant (nigel, Gauteng)

OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATOR/ PERSONAL ASSISTANT IN NIGEL, GAUTENG

Requirements:



  • Grade 12

  • PA / Secretarial Diploma or Certificate

  • Driver’s license and own transport

  • 5 years’ experience as executive personal assistant

  • Sound Microsoft Office knowledge (including Visio)

  • Bilingual would be an added advantage

  • Must be able to work extended hours including out of town travel when necessary

  • Sage VIP (Payroll) would be an added advantage

  • AFISwitch and ERS Biometric training advantageous

  • HR administrative experience advantageous

  • Financial background will be advantageous
