Hr Administrator (cullinan, Gauteng)

LEADER IN PROTEIN MANUFACTURING VALUE CHAIN IS IN SEARCH OF A SELF-STARTING AND DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN THEIR TEAM AS A HR ADMINISTRATOR IN CULLINAN

Requirements:



  • Completed B Comm HR Management Degree

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in the FMCG industry

  • Sage People experience (highly advantageous)

  • Microsoft Office

  • Valid Driver’s license 


Skills/ Duties:



  • Capture and check all relevant information of new employees on the system

  • Maintenance of HR Information System

  • Maintain Employee Personal files and ensure they are kept up to date.

  • Ensure employee files are kept safe through implementing safety measures.

  • General filing, scanning

  • IOD process (start to finish)

  • UIF forms

  • Momentum claims

  • Capture all leave transactions

  • Folding and distributing of payslips

  • Keeping all relevant Workplace Skills information up to date

  • Keeping all relevant EE information up to date

  • Preparation of disciplinary hearing packs

  • Monitor Work permits and ensure timely renewals


 


 


Applicants must reside in CULLINAN, GAUTENG or surrounding area.
