Customer Service Coordinator

Our client in CAPE TOWN is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR to start immediately. The Ideal candidate should have GAS and WELDING exposure and have SYSPRO knowledge.
Description
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Grade 12/ Matric.
Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Technical.
3 -5 years experience in customer service within gas and welding environment.
Must have good planning and organising skills.
Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
Knowledge of Syspro would be advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle order processing.
Arrange for on time delivery of goods.
Handle assigned customer queries on order status.
Error free shipping documentation.
Proactively communicate with customers to ensure efficient forecasting can be done, i.e. sufficient stock is kept on their site and we do not over stock.
Support to sales team by offering customers product knowledge and advice where required.
