Sales Administrator

The successful Sales Administrator will have ownership within their team of small projects and sales, taking them through from initial enquiry to delivery management. For larger projects, you will be working with a Technical Sales team member and working with them to progress the sale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the interface with customers across the complete range of products and services.
Build relationships and provide accessibility to information at times and in a way that matches the customer's needs.
Deal with telephone enquiries, providing customers with any product information they need
Preparing and pricing enquiries from specifications
Quotation production and opportunity/quote management.
Sales order entry and processing
Manage small projects, seeing the sale through from start to finish, keeping your customer updated
Providing basic technical support Sales order entry and processing
Maximise the opportunities that arise throughout the customer interface to generate additional sales.
Delivery coordination - work with the dispatch team to ensure orders will be on time and correct for customers.
