Ci Manager

Duties include:
Reinforce the CI Culture, Coordinate and implement CI tools in the plant.
Lead and Coordinate CI flow / processes to meet yearly Budget and Forecast objectives.
Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement
Submit the weekly activities report on time
Submit the monthly KPI's on time.
Submit the Quarterly review ppt. on time
Complete White Belt Training for 100% of the salaried employees end of the year
Kaizen Events.
Scrap reduction.
Support Continuous Improvement in our administrative functions by facilitating Lean concepts applications.
Share Success, Engagement and Motivation
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
Technical National Diploma / Degree or an Equivalent of experience and education
An Advanced Degree – ideally in a Quantitative field will be well regarded
Master Black Belt of Black Belt and expert in minimum 6 Lean tools or expert in minimum 10 Lean Tools and Green Belt.
Skills in Advance Quality tools.
Process walk through methodology
5 – 10 years – ideally in Qualitative field, Accredited LSS Black Belt, Lean Sensei and/or Master Black Belt Certificate.
