Payroll Administrator

• Update and process the payroll accurately, on time and strictly in terms of company policies and statutory requirements

• Process payments to Employees and 3rd parties accurately

• Fulfil monthly and annual reporting requirements

• Correlate and bind management accounts on a monthly basis

• Assist the Financial Manager and Payroll Manager with general office duties

• Impress internal and external customers with professional and friendly service, and relevant information on current trends and practices

• Identify and resolve problems, and help to maintain competence, motivation and continuous improvements in the payroll and finance department.


Grade 12 (NQF 4) and a two-year Payroll Administration Diploma (or equivalent), proficient communication skills in verbal and written English, good computer literacy and manual dexterity, and at least five years' experience in Payroll Administration
