Purchase Order Administrator

Accuracy & Attention to Detail is the expertise that we require for this position.
Our client a supplier of fashion merchandise to the retail sector requires your minimum 3 years experience working in a fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:


Grade 12


Ability to liaise confidently with clients telephonically in a fast-paced environment


Excellent attention to detail


Ability to build solid client relationships


Computer literate, word and excel plus PASTEL highly advantageous


Data capturing experience advantageous


Own reliable transport


 


DUTIES:


Capturing large volumes of purchase orders


Loading orders for all relevant customers


Proforma invoices


Amending ship dates, prices, style number and/or colour changes, quantities etc.


Sending amendments off to supplier when needed


General admin


Follow up & checking of customer amended contracts


Follow up & checking of suppliers’ amendments


Filling of all hardcopies


Reception relief when needed
