Recruit4you has a position available for a driven Bookkeeper to for a successful business based in the south of JHB to develop into a Financial Manager. The successful candidate must have a BComm Accounting degree with SAICA articles, and must be computer literate in MS Office, Pastel and Power-point. He/she must have a sound knowledge of Pastel/Sage software and be able to process monthly payroll with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in same or similar position. Experience in the supervision of subordinates is essential. Duties will include production of monthly accounts, interpretation of results, forecasts covering 3 to 6 months for cash-flow, tax and VAT administration, Retirement Fund administration, Medical Aid, UIF, COID, BBBEE, EEA, ISO, IT, short term insurance, daily banking (call/overdraft), internal control, general documentation of systems and controls, data capturing, day to day control of stationary, office cleaning materials control and supervision of subordinates.
