Operations Manager

Port Elizabeth.
National Hygiene & Sanitation Company has a vacancy for an Operations Manager based in Port Elizabeth.
Minimum Req
• Relevant Operations Management qualification or an Equivalent;
• At least five years Senior Management Experience in the Contract Cleaning Industry
• Excellent financial skills and an innovative approach to problem solving;
• Display exceptionally high service delivery and quality standards;
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Code 8 Drivers license
• Clear Criminal record
Duties & Responsibilities
• Management of all relevant wage & salaried team members;
• Experience in Health and Safety (SHEQ), including sound HR skills;
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies
• Ensure that all paperwork and system operations are completed to company standards for the team as required.
• Assist in the training and induction of New Staff members in order to ensure that company standards are maintained.
• Ensure that payroll information (such as time sheets) are submitted to payroll timeously
