Senior Services Technician

ROLE &

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical qualification (N-level or higher) preferably Diesel mechanical engineering qualifications.
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Word
  • A working knowledge of diesel generators, and or diesel engines monitoring and controllers such as DeepSea Electronics (DES), Datakom, etc.
  • Familiar with telecommunications industry and generators hire industry.
  • English proficient and computer literate.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • People Management Skills

SKILL REQUIRED

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong planning skills
  • Analytical skills and pay attention to details
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Customer service focus & results oriented
  • Must have working knowledge of Generators.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • People Management Skills
