Internal Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, tracking orders, and resolving issues.
  • Create and track sales leads, including qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and following up.
  • Assist marketing team when collaborating with sales team.
  • Generate sales opportunities by following up with leads and providing customer support.
  • Generate new leads using prospecting and other methods.
  • Administrative tasks as assigned by the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. Preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • CRM system experience - Hubspot or SalesForce
