You will manage and oversee 4 Export Traders

Responsible for leading a regional strategy in terms of performance, unequalled client service and personal advice, the establishment of market size and share of product locally.

Proactively develop and implement new customer-centric ideas and concepts to meet market demands (including interest, exclusivity, creativity, shortfall and improvement initiatives) throughout the mining, civil construction, building and home industry sectors.

Market and advertise product and brand awareness, develop and oversee the implementation of innovative marketing strategies in alignment with business strategy, by proactively co-ordinating all marketing efforts to support the achievement of business targets through the execution of high level marketing campaigns and projects.

Provide professional insight into the development and implementation of wholesale strategies, action plans, projects and campaigns, utilising the various elements of the marketing mix.

Oversee and manage implemented campaigns to have effective pull-through into the correct segment and targeted channels.

Study and implement route-to-market, as well as conduct competitor analysis and product research via liaison with the applicable Department.

Manage stakeholder, client feedback, deadlines, survey results, strategies and plans implemented and contracted

Manage the execution of brand imaging, policies and guidelines, and ensure the integration of the retail function to support extended business.
