Business Analyst

Job & Company Description:

My client, Africa\'s largest mutual assurance society, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their ICT Department. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by identifying opportunities for process improvement and delivering comprehensive and detailed business requirement specifications to provide effective business solutions. You will act as a link between business, IT, and vendors, and be involved in software testing, implementation, and maintenance.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of professional business analysis experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of BA management experience.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with insurance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the following:
    • FTI Business Analysis
    • Financial acumen
    • Business processes, data environment analysis, and reporting analysis
  • BS. or BCom degree with a focus on Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • MBA qualification will be advantageous.
  • Relevant Business Analysis qualification is essential.
