JOB ROLE: Retail Store Supervisor

Must have Clothing/Apparel experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail environment

Minimum 3 Years’ experience in working as a Supervisor or assistant Store Manager

Own vehicle - an advantage

Qualification:

Matric

Tertiary/ Post Matric Qualification would be advantageous

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills-
EXPERIENCE:

  • Experienced in training staff on the job in terms of product, knowledge, policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Must have a track record on handling store audits, this includes the overseeing of / execution of store audit outcomes
  • Leadership skills that can be seen in ability to:
  • Full process of staff disciplinary process and other related duties
