Senior Training Manager

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for developing training plans, and implementing various training methods to enhance employee skills, productivity, and performance. The Senior Training Manager will foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout our organization. You will assess training program effectiveness and stay updated on training trends to ensure our organization\'s training initiatives are aligned with business goals and employee development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Create training and development plans that addresses needs and expectations
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development
  • Create and maintain training content
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a training manager/senior training manager, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
  • BS degree in education, human resource, or relevant field.
