Bookkeeper And Debtors’ Administrator

Duties:

Maintain Debtors

  • Invoicing
  • Receipts
  • Queries
  • Quotes
  • Statements
  • Collections
Client take-on

  • Maintain database information and client files
  • Capturing of time
  • Excel production reporting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Cash book
  • Creditors invoices captured and creditor recons to statements
  • Journals
  • Prepare management accounts
  • Payroll (50 staff per month, EMP201, EMP501, UIF, Workmens Comp)
  • VAT201
General Admin:

  • Respond to internal and external queries
  • Timesheets
  • Prepare reports

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma (BCom, Bookkeeping, Accounting)
  • Matric certificate
  • 5 plus years’ experience in bookkeeping/debtors/administration
  • Proficient in the following programs;
    • Xero or Sage or Other
    • Excel (intermediate to advanced)
    • Outlook
    • Payroll package
