Key Responsibilities

  • Processing of weekly pay runs (Locums and Temps)
  • Loading New employees
  • Processing terminations
  • Updating new bank details
  • Loading allowances and deductions
  • Creating mock payslips upon consultant requests
  • Confirmation of Employment
  • Preparing termination documents
  • Processing of leave transactions
  • Resolve payroll queries
  • ACB exports
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations of consultant’s Target/Stats
  • Loading temp assignments to Placement Partner from timesheets received
  • Capturing hours and dates worked from timesheets on Temp assignee from Placement Partner
  • Capturing data from payroll reports for weekly reconciliation
  • Assist with payroll related tax year end procedures
  • Efficient electronic record keeping of employee information
  • General Administrative support
  • Weekly invoicing on SAGE Evolution (Must have experience)
