Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma in Human Resources)
  • 3 to 4 years proven experience in an HR Admin role
Requirements

  • Computer Literate (Word, Excel & Outlook) 
  • Knowledge of South African laws and HR compliance and regulations (Africa Laws would be advantageous)
  • An understanding of, and insight into, the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE and POPI Acts
Duties 

  • To support the Human Resources department.
  • The main purpose will include administrative duties including maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and other related HR matters.
