Spare Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

The position will be responsible for the spare parts sales work, including but not limited to receiving orders from dealer, review the orders, ensure the dealer order the correct parts, check the payment status and invoice the parts. Also need monitor the parts stock level, and report to supervisor if have any parts running in low stock level. Monitor the back-order parts in the system, and resourcing parts to solve the BO parts problem. report the parts sales and fill rate by each week. The position should be experienced in spare parts sales, and skilled in Microsoft EXCEL.

Responsibilities

  • Work with supervisor to continuously monitor the fulfilment rate of spare parts orders from dealers/service stations and be responsible for the fulfilment rate of spare parts orders.
  • Issue Invoice to dealers and release parts from warehouse upon receiving payment.
  • Management of the spare parts stock.
  • Carry out stock taking monthly and report to the supervisor.
  • Monitoring the safety stock change and report to supervisor in time.
  • Manage the dealer spare parts account by creating accounts for new dealers and issue monthly account statements for all dealers.
  • Provide assistance to dealers for parts technical issues.
  • Review and improve the spare parts sales business process and provide training to dealers on the changes.
  • Carrying out other work requirements set by the company or department.
