Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier finance professionals;
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment initiatives with organisational goals.
 Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Utilise various channels for candidate sourcing, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events;
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of finance professionals;
  • Implement effective candidate engagement strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience.
 Interview and Selection:

  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, involving key stakeholders as necessary;
  • Provide insightful feedback to hiring managers and contribute to the final selection process.
 Market Research and Industry Networking:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions within the finance sector;
  • Actively engage in professional networks, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
 Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture;
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, with a focus on finance-related roles;
  • In-depth knowledge of finance industry trends, regulations, and key players;
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and best practices;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Previous experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
