Sales Support And Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining data accuracy using Excel.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Aid in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate executive calendars and assist with event planning and correspondence management.
  • Arrange flights and book guesthouses
  • Foster collaboration between sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver\'s license.
  • Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
