Marketing Officer

Key responsibilities:
Organisation and delivery of all marketing material, including printed, digital, promotional and advertising elements.
The end-to-end promotion of the College across various channels.
Day-to-day management of the digital platforms.
Organisation and delivery of the photographic requirements for the College.
Arrangement of all school exhibition requirements and representation.
Sourcing and management of College memorabilia.
All College communications protocols including the production of the newsletters, parent and student surveys, ad-hoc communications and the annual school magazine.
Work with the events manager, catering manager and relevant committees on the delivery of key College events.
Collaborate across departments, committees and schools to ensure the successful delivery of public relations, communications and marketing objectives.
The successful candidate must:
have a relevant tertiary qualification and proven working experience in marketing administration,
have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task,
have excellent inter-personal skills and an enthusiastic work ethic,
be a proactive team player with an eye for detail,
have excellent English oral and written communication skills,
be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of the Google Suite, WordPress and MailChimp. jobs@eduplace.co.za
