Depot Coordinator

Purpose of the Job - is to provide service to our Onsite Client as per SLA and drive Standard Operating Procedures and Compliance, ensuring all functions of the facility is adhered to. Main Duties:- Asset Management, Quarterly stock take, manage the shift and team to ensure optimal compliance, completion of reports on a weekly basis. Ensure depot process flow is optimal and efficient. Monitor, manage and report on Daily Scan Discipline, Manage ageing throughout depot process.
Perform and conclude all required daily Admin functions.

Requirements: - Grade 12, 2 years experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity in motor and logistics industry. Computer Literate in MS Office and Outlook. Must be able to perform/support out of production activities when required. AvashaM@trenstar.co.za
