Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a full time Administrator / Receptionist to join their friendly team.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 2:30pm - though you will be expected to work full time (9-5:30pm) when required - to cover for the Receptionist when she is on holiday.
This is busy role and responsibilities will include:
Covering Reception for lunches and holidays
Answering incoming calls and meeting and greeting visitors.
Franking of outgoing mail
Assisting with distribution of incoming mail
Taking the cheques to the bank on a daily basis
Preparing refreshments for visitors.
General admin tasks as required.
Some secretarial support when required.
