HR Practitioner / Consultant needed in a Large Advisory Services Company based in Randburg Johannesburg.
Duties:
- Advising Management on the Administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Serving as Internal Consultant by analyzing a Companies current HR programs and recommending solutions.
- Conducting Audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
- Compilation of WSP and DATR for External Customers.
- Consulting for an existing customer base.
- Assist clients in all areas of HR and Skills Compliancy matters.
- Compiling Workplace skills Audits and reporting on behalf of clients.
- Dealing with various relevant SETA's.
- In conjunction with the Head of HR, ensures the implementation of the agreed HR plan.
- Establishes, builds and maintains an effective relationship with Key Business Stakeholders.
- Establishes, builds and maintain an effective internal network to ensure delivery is in line with the agreed initiatives and SLA's as well as policies and practices.
- Identifies areas where strategic HR services are required and that these services are timeously and effectively delivered to the business.
- Proactively strives to improve client relations, seeking feedback from the business leaders on the quality of HR Service delivery.
- Onsite and offsite HR outsourcing.
- Employment equity and skills development plans.
- BBBEE Compliancy assistance to customers.
- Drafting Company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Role definition, work design, performance management and role grading.
- Identifying gaps between HR strategy and implementation.
- Aligning your HR strategy to global trends that impact your business.
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
Experience / Knowledge:
- HR Degree / Relevant
- HR Experience 5 Years +
- Own reliable car with license
- Excels at Operating in a fast pace, community environment.
- Understanding of formal project management implementation methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial process, monitoring progress and report writing.
- Excellent Computer Literacy.
- Excellent Interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and training management implementing best practice.

Salary:
- R25 000.00
