Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator

A client within the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team.

Open position : Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator


Location : Uitenhage


Salary : Market related


Type : Permanent position


Start date : January 2021


 


Job requirements :



  • Matric Certificate

  • 5 to 10 years payroll experience

  • VIP experience

  • Employee Benefit experience (3rd party)

  • Import and export experience on VIP is essential as well as 3rd party payment experience

  • Computer literate including MS Excel


 


Duties :



  • All data capturing and processing of salaries on the payroll system

  • Employee queries relating to the above

  • 3rd party administration

  • Administration of sick leave / maternity leave and ill-health applications

  • Process MIBCO returns on-line

  • Distribute all MIBCO correspondence

  • Process ill-health, discharged and maternity benefits – Department of Labour

  • Preparation and faxing of garnishee schedules

  • Maintenance of all MIBCO related filing

  • Adhoc duties for HR Manager

  • Process HR forms

  • Process performance bonuses
