Key Account Manager

Our clients in the Johannesburg area is currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager

Key Account Manager – Fleet Service


Core Purpose: -


 To deliver defined fleet business objectives – Volume, Net Sales, SAD Control, EBIT and share of account/market.


 


Key Performance Areas:-


Sales:



  • Negotiate and manage fleet customer SLA

  • Volume / Net Sales and EBIT achievement

  • Manage Company Fleet service delivery,

  • Ensure Comopany network adherence to National Fleet Deals


 


System / Back Office Management:



  • Manage the Fleet Operating System (FOS) back office

  • Manage the centralized billing system Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Provide best in class Fleet Service to the Company branches

  • Collaborate cross departmentally ensuring processes are optimized.

  • Manage Breakdown (SL24) solution

  • Manage fleet of Mobile Vans


 


Supplier Management:



  • Manage relationships with approved suppliers

  • Grow strategic supplier partners.

  • Monitor and control supplier rebate payments and service levels.


 


Individual competencies must include: -



  • M+3 Degree or Diploma: Sales / Marketing / Procurement or similar

  • 5 Years key account management experience within the Automotive


 


Aftermarket Industry / Fleet management industry



  • Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills

  • Excellent computer skills i.e. MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Good interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Financial and business acumen – P&L Management

  • SAP
