Digital Projects Retail Coordinator

Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Projects Retail – Coordinator to join their team.

Requirements:  



  • Diplomas/Degree in Project Management will be advantageous

  • Proven working experience in project management

  • Experience in digital marketing and paid advertising

  • Technical and development knowledge is an advantage

  • Affiliation with the automotive industry is an advantage

  • Experience with (graphic) design and/or UX is an advantage

  • Able to build and maintain client relationships

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, reliable with ‘attention to detail’ and ‘get things done’ attitude


Responsibilities: 



  • Manage a Retail Projects from the kick off to the point where the project is handed over to the Support team

  • Plan and implement Retail Projects, including defining tasks and timelines, and allocating required resources

  • Keep track of milestones and budget through the project cycle using the Project Management System

  • Chairing weekly meetings with the customer to build a close relationship with the customer and ensure that expectations are met

  • Evaluate and assess the quality of the project deliverables throughout the project phase

  • Escalation of any issues that can cause a delay or additional costs on a Project

  • Follow up on tasks on a daily basis with communications to the different parties involved

  • Update all Project schedules and planners daily as available on the selected shared platform

  • Manage all Project documentation - internal and external

  • Manage Digital customer relations and proactively assist customers by understanding their needs to improve their online presence and performance

  • Use data-driven analysis to improve website and campaign performance

  • Manage the customer support portal for Digital requests

  • Responsible for implementing customer requests with the help of the Digital team

  • Staying up to date with the latest news and trends in the industry

  • Build strong relationship with our partners and stay up to date with latest product releases
