Specialist: Supply Chain Management (12 Months Ftc)

Responsibilities:



  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for the business unit

  • Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships

  • Represent and participate in the organisation committee and task team

  • Liaise with the relevant stakeholders regarding follow-up of information as required for tender request

  • Develop sourcing plans for the procurement of goods and services for pipeline project on behalf of the client

  • Prepare a review document or presentation for the tender committee other approval committee

  • Leeds sourcing of goods and services to promote inclusivity and support BBBEEE objection

  • Evaluate tender responses using treasury regulations

  • Implement and monitor proposal and quotation processes

  • Evaluate and verify supplier terms and conditions before acceptance and award of contract

  • Assist in identifying and adhering to fraud control risk prevention principles sound governments and Compliance processes, tools to identify and manage risk

  • Manage quality risk management standards in line with ISO and regulatory requirements

  • Support and provide evidence to all internal and regulatory requirements


 

Minimum

Requirements:

:



  • Diploma and Advanced Diploma / B-degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing or relevant field

  • Registration as member of MCIPS preferred

  • 8 years relevant work experience in supply chain management

  • 4 years specialist experience

  • Must have project procurement experience at corporate level

  • PPPFA principle Knowledge
