Customer Service Coordinator

Duties:

  • Daily control and follow up on all routes services to ensure services stays up to date.
  • Plan routines accordingly when faced with holidays to ensure that all services stay up to date.
  • Liaising with and or supplying services to clients to keep them informed of scheduled visits.
  • Updating routing of clients when changes are required.
  • Supervise and assisting with loading and offloading of vehicles as well as checking paperwork and stock match and signing off on checks done.
  • Managing of fuel cards, petrol slips on weekly basis.
  • All slips to be accounted for.
  • Managing of weekly vehicle checklists.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Certificate / Diploma in related industry
  • 2 years experience in service industry
  • Code 8 driver\'s license
