KEY TASKS AND

RESPONSIBILITIES: :

  • Receiving paperwork from Depo’s & Transporters
  • Analysing and processing of driver’s paperwork
  • Capturing Fuel tickets
  • Processing customer tax invoices on customer accounts using sales orders created by Internal Sales

    - Email customer invoices once it has been processed and checked from fuel tickets

  • Balancing fuel volumes per trip and updating schedules with actual uplifted/delivered volumes
  • Controlling over and under deliveries as per Admin procedure for OVER/UNDER Deliveries
  • Update fuel tickets with customer tax invoice number – part of checking system
  • Daily and weekly invoice checks – Fuel tickets VS Quickbooks

    - Phoning Debtors – payments collected as per authorised terms.

  • Attending to customer requests and queries

    - Compiling refund request documents

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Matric
EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), in particular Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to think on your feet
  • Goal-driven, no time wasters
