Hr Business Partner

Job Description:

 

  • Co-ordinate the company Manpower planning 
  • Co-ordinate the company recruitment practices 
  • Co-ordinate HR Administration 
  • Facilitate Induction process and exit interviews
  • Performance appraisals
  • Facilitate IR Matters (Disciplinary and Grievances).
  • Facilitate and assess training as per company M2S requirements
  • Update company training records as per company requirements 
  • Provide feedback to management on all functions
  • Succession planning 

Knowledge Required: 

  • National legislation: BCEA and Employment Equity
  • Manpower planning principles 
  • Recruitment and Selection principles 

Skills Required: 

  • Communication and interpersonal 
  • Interviewing and counselling 
  • Report writing and proposal writing 
  • Project management skills

Job

Requirements:  

  • BCom degree in Behavioural Sciences or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3 years general HR experience 
  • Automotive Sector experience will be advantageous
