Hr Officer

Job Description:

 

  • Coordinate timeous scheduling of disciplinary hearings
  • Coordination and administration of IR processes (disciplinary hearings, grievances, absentee counselling)
  • Empower managers with required skills to manage and maintain sound industrial relations
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
  • Resolve queries (in conjunction with HR Admin) - salaries, benefits and other pertinent information
  • Liaison with NBC for employee benefits queries 
  • Provide HR Support service to line managers
  • Interpret and explain HR policies and procedures (leave, study, disciplinary and grievance procedures)
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personal activities 
  • Recommend remedial actions to line HR queries 
  • Ensure accurate submission to time and attendance records 
  • Record keeping of employee personal information and upkeep of personal file
  • Coordinate production meetings with relevant parties 
  • Record minutes of production meetings 
  • Resolving HR related items 
  • Coordinating recruitment process, align the process with the plant EE plans
  • Ensure recruitment administration is complying to set standards

Job

Requirements:  

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage 
  • Diploma in Human Resources 
  • Up to 2 years of experience in human resources environment
